Does my house need a full rewire?
Age alone does not decide this. The condition of the installation and inspection findings help establish whether repairs, a partial rewire or a full rewire are appropriate.
Can I live in the house during a rewire?
It depends on the scope and access. Rewiring can involve power interruptions, lifting floorboards and opening walls. Occupancy and disruption should be discussed when planning the work.
Are plastering and decorating included?
Making good, plastering and decorating should be clearly agreed in the quotation so you know which parts of the project are included.
